The services we provide are available in all divisions. However, the level to which they are provided varies. This enables us to maintain our flexible approach.

Training and Development

The only constant in financial services is change. Our training and development team is always on hand to ensure you have the skills to succeed in this fast paced environment.
On joining the group you will receive:

Technology

The Group has a dedicated IT team who have implemented a state-of-the-art IT platform for use by all advisers. Working with LighthouseGroup you will be given full access to our software. You will also receive full training and support.

The software will enable you to:

  • Produce online quotations and illustrations

  • Generate sophisticated reports

  • Develop mailshot campaigns

  • Complete electronic fact finds

  • Utilise document management systems

  • Employ diary and work tracking systems

Mortgages and Protection

Dedicated mortgage support service and software system for IFAs who are qualified in giving mortgage advice as well as a referral service for those without a mortgage qualification. We enable you to deal with any enquiry your client may have, providing them with a single point of contact for all financial service requirements. On joining you will qualify for free access to our LighthouseGold software which is an enhanced version of the Trigold AAA prospector system allowing:

  • Access to thousands of mortgage offerings

  • Electronic fact finds/quotations

  • Pre populated applications

  • Production of relevant compliance documentation

  • Automatic record and storage of compliance documentation

Lead Generation

One of the difficulties in providing financial services advice is the development of a client base. There are a number of ways in which the Group can help you make contact with potential clients.

Depending on which division of the group you join there are a number of ways in which we can provide help with lead generation:

  • Automatic client bank provision on joining

  • Position with an accountancy practice with direct access to their corporate and HNW clients

  • Provision of leads from our lead generating service with the ABC1 population

  • Call handling at our dedicated call centre in Brighton

Marketing Initiatives

As well as benefiting from Group marketing and brand awareness activities we will help you undertake marketing initiatives depending on your personal requirements. Our marketing team can help you organise the following:

  • Advertising

  • Direct Mail campaigns

  • Client seminars

  • Professional connections

  • Exhibitions and special events

Compliance support

Compliance is a core function within the financial services industry. Our dedicated office and field based team will be able to help with any compliance queries you may have. On joining the group we will provide you with:

Professional Indemnity Cover

Many of our IFAs find our PI cover provides them with great peace of mind. Our exemplary track record means we procure PI annually at attractive rates.

Incentive awards

In certain divisions within the group we offer various incentive schemes in order to encourage and reward our top advisers.

Stationery

We operate a corporate services division at our offices in Brighton. This team ensures that all items such as marketing literature, stationery and business cards are ready and available when you require them. Dependent on your division, these can be provided free of charge.

National Conference and Business Development Days

Each year our National Conference is held in a prestigious location and provides a great opportunity to meet up with Lighthouse colleagues, senior group management, key industry figures and product providers as well as attending training and development seminars. The two day event, which includes a black tie gala dinner is great way of keeping abreast of group and industry developments.

The conference is supported throughout the year by the business development days. These are based on a road show format and take place up and down the country twice a year offering training and development opportunities.
